Using a tape measure measure above and below your elbow to find the best size. (Approx sizes)

A- measures the circumference 6" above elbow centre
B - measures the circumference 4" below elbow centre

Small A: 9.5-11" (43-48cm)
Small B: 8.5-10" (35.6-41cm)
 

Medium A: 9.5"-11" (43-48cm)
Medium B: 8.5"-10" (35.6-41cm)
 

Large A: 12"-14" (48-43cm)
Large B: 10.5"-12" (41-46cm)
